A Fight in the Muck: Round 4
Johanna gave one look back towards where the rest of the group was clustered. Then she turned back to her own task- with another deep shout, she lashed out with her spear at the nearest lizard. This time her blow landed cleanly, nearly impaling the creature... The creature squeals and suddenly its pustules all explode at once! Gore and acid are flung everywhere, burning Johanna and causing her to almost stumble a bit. The creature itself flops over, dead. [Johanna hits and bloodied it, triggering its unspeakable eruption: 15 acid damage to Johanna. It dies.]
The swarm of lizards take several bites out of the frail Elkrysn. "Get these things away from me!" He carefully steps back and hurls another bolt of chaos at the mass, completely obliterating it before arcing to the spitting beast behind Johanna. [Swarm dead; moved damage to B1]
Vimak closes his wounds and begins to approach the further lizard. [You don't have enough movement to attack it]
Torqua cries out in pain as she is hit with a blot of deadly acid. Looking down, she sees that the acid has burnt a hole into her magical robe, a gift from the lord of a desert city.
"You little punk! That robe was new!" The Massive Mage howls in fury as an glowing arcane sysmbol appears on her belly. She then jumps up into the air and body slams the ground like an angry comet, sending an almighty shockwave at the lizard. When it lands, it twitches once, its neck obviously broken.
The chamber is soon empty, only the dripping of water and the group's heavy breath can be heard.
