More in depth info on the Dustmen sorry, Heralds of Dust, their philosophy and activities as a Faction, their headquarters of the Mortuary, and also a statblock for their Factol, the lich Skall. Not quite a chapter from the Factol's Manifesto, but a decent start nonetheless.

Need to take some time to go over it in depth, but I have to say, this is a nifty way to flesh out the Factions from what they put in the Planescape release proper. Honestly hope to see more of these going forward.
