Vimak Stonecarver, Goliath Runepriest 10

Vimak also follows, his place in a combat being the first or second row.

would like to use protective scroll at least once (up to three times) before continuing here.
This would reduce Vimak's healing surges by up to three, but create the same amount of healing runestones (changed fluff a bit).

ooc: Give me a day to finish setting up this encounter. In the meantime, place your characters anywhere from e10 to j13 on this map

[sblock=DM Notes Please Ignore]

As the warlord, fighter and rune priest make their way into a room containing a signal sarcophagus. Lit braziers on the four corners of the tomb light up the room. There is a man dressed in robes on the other side of the tomb, smashing his hands in frustration WHY WONT YOU OPEN! The floor is smooth marble, now covered with piles of bones spread throughout the room.
The man looks up with his sunken intelligent eyes and glares at the dwarf. You are a fool for interrupting me with my work. The black dragon said you would come here. Why he is so concerned about you I have know idea. I'm sure he'll be quite pleased when I tell him of your deaths. Rise slaves RISE KILL THEM ALL!

Bones begin to spin and shutter on the floor. Soon the attach forming skeletons of a variety of shapes and sizes, humanoid and animal alike, including two large bone golems.
KILL THEM AH HA HA HA!!! The man in robes moves back to the top of a set of stairs to get a better look at the scene before him. His face expresses the look of pure evil as states in a sinister voice Behold the wrath and power of Vlastoes!

ooc: I'm going to assume that everyone has made it into the room during Vlastoes's rant.

ooc: Let's see what the freshly leveled party can do :) Note: I've changed some monsters. The Skull Lord is not there...yet

Why he is so concerned about you I have know idea. I'm sure he'll be quite pleased when I tell him of your deaths. Rise now my skeletons. Show them the power of Vlastoes!!!!

Bones begin to spin and shutter on the floor. Soon the attach forming skeletons of a variety of shapes and sizes, humanoid and animal alike, including two giant skeltons with huge clubbed fists and giant skelital beast with a long bone tail. KILL THEM AH HA HA HA!!! The man in robes staggers back to the top of a set of stairs to get a better look at the scene before him. Blood trickles from his face as he collapses on the top of the stairs behind leaning against a set of double doors. It is obvious that the summoning of the creatures has weakened him. He looks on with an evil grin,

Primera rushes out to block one golem, but remains close enough to be within reach of the huge creation. Also, this way she covers whichever fighter decides to pick which golem. Her hooves leave a small mark on the bones.

"Rocco, Skaliss, split between these two, mark them and hold them! Halleck, Vimak, support ONE of them so we bring one down fast!"
