"This is just like forest fire. You strike down the burning tree and isolate smaller fires. Primera! Look at that buidling's roof, it will collapse and spread! If you strike it from above, it will collapse inward and keep the fire contained. Xerzuzu, let's check if there is anyone there before she strikes! Primera, at that beam, hit the lower third!"

Quickly looking over burning building, listening for screams or movement, Sidhe Lady and her guard check that the roof will not kill anyone if it collapses inward

Dungeoneering (1d20+11=31) - 20! Ha!

Sigarr leaps down from the building after hearing Skalisss' words and sees the panic setting in.

The barbarian shouts in a loud voice, "Listen citizens, if you do not wish to end up barbecued you'll do exactly what we say. First, you need to calm down and we'll need to figure out a way to put these fires out. We will do what we can to protect you, but we need your assistance!"

Primera's blow to the beam is precise and powerful. The building collapses quickly, buring more intensely, but not a threat to other structures.

Succes for Nementah!

A few citizens are shaken from the panic state, now looking fearfully at the large goliath. After listening, one takes a tentative step forward towards Sigarr Y-yes...W-what do you n-need us to do?

Insight (1d20+11=23)

Rocco looks at the citizens, gouging their reactions. These are the citizens that on daily basis deal with strange, unnatural, arcane and otherwise. Citizens who meet bug-men, frog-men, bull-men, fey, immortals, undead, monstrous humanoids and occasional normal dwarf as daily occurrence.

There are adventurers all over the city. The city contains feywild gate in it's very park. They have to be tough.

"Come on, people! This is just an illusion! And even if it was real dragon, you have your very own army of adventurers to deal with him. You take care of the fires and your families, don't panic like this is first time you see something strange! How many times you came to Hanged man just to see the trophies? How many times to see it's patrons!?

This is just minor inconvenience to toughest citizens of the shifting sea! Now, fire brigade, form up!"

Three large males screaming like babies suddenly stop as they listen to the dwarf's words. One of them turns to the other two Ya know Tex, he's right? I was in the Hangman the other day. They're dragon heads all over the place in there. The other one begins barking at other around them. GET SOME BUCKETS AND FORM A LINE! LET'S PUT THAT FIRE OUT! A large line begins to form and buckets of water start making their way through the line.

Quan throws back his cloak, fighting against his instinct to protect his identity, the quiet ranger realizes these citizens need his help.

He runs to the open air stables, now almost devoid of animals in all the chaos.

"You!" He shouts at a nearby farmer, come to town to sell his produce.

"I need your help! Clear these animals! Grab those overturned market tables and set them on the crossbeams, we need to help these people!"

Spurred by the orders, the farmer helps convert the stalls into large tables.

He then grabs the nearest guard standing shock still.

"Soldier! There are injured, there... and there. Bring them to me!"
The man listens to the orders immediately, getting additional people to bring the injured to the square.

In a few moments, Quan has set up a miniature hospital. He uses common roots and herbs for pain, dresses burns from the fires, and sets broken bones with sticks and dressings made from torn clothing.

After Quan gets things in order someone taps him on the shoulder. Sir, I'm a doctor and the two behind me are as well. We can take over from here. Thank you for getting things in order. We...we were not thinking straight with all of the chaos.

Success for Quan!

Vimak hesitates to act to rashly, first trying to get a feeling for the emotions and motivations around him before acting to bring some organization to the impending chaos.

Out of the corner of your eye you see a group of thugs taking advantage of the chaos by robbing a citizen. You also notice members of the militia nearby. You call for them and point to the thugs. The militia act quickly, subduing the thugs within seconds. The citizen nods to you in thanks.

Success for Vimak!

The sight of another angry dragon-like figure sparks the crowd into an organized line. Buckets appear out of nowhere and the first one splashes into the well. Soon buckets splash repeatedly on one of the biggest fires.

Success for Skalisss!
