[sblock=Vertexx] I forgot to include the damage you took last round. You should be at 39 hp.[/sblock]

Rohna seems very annoyed as her vision swims from the fighter's attack that stops her from moving, while her companions are in very real danger. She spins her flaming warhammer in her hand and the flames snuff out, and her wry smirk touches her stony lips again, "So you don't fear my flames? See how you like this".

She smashes her blackened weapon across the ice-coated head of the mutant and follows through with a spin in place toward the heavily armored kobold. The goliath doesn't seem finished as her spin stops her facing the clawed menace once more where she plants the large chunk of metal squarely between the beast's twisted legs. The creature snarls and lashes out with it's claws at the goliath, plunging it's it's sickle-like claws into the goliath's chest to deadly effect.

[sblock=ooc]W2 takes free action when bloodied to attack Rohna: wyrmwarped atroc vs Rohna(bloodied) (1d20+10=30, 2d10+4=12)CRIT vs Rohna for 24 damage. 23 after DR.[/sblock]

The bright tendrils of familiar red energy coarse from the lower torso of the villain up over the fighter's plated arm making her eyes flare with vigor, which helps Rohna regain her ability to defend herself as she shakes the stars from swimming before her. "Good job Tondrek! Everyone that can target the other caster!" Mitra moves around to bar the path of the dragon, from closing with the others.

OOC: Thanks, somehow I missed that, even though I knew it was coming....

With Shava almost killed, Tamarand's anger grows and he hurls it as a wave of energy that slams into the kobolds assaulting her. The mutant kobold is flung backward by the drows psychic energy. The creature sinks down beneath the surface of the water. Tamarand then bravely retreats down the hallway a bit and tries to recall anything he's heard about this type of dragon before.

[sblock=ooc]Tamarand recalls nothing besides the ability to be resistant to and for the dragon to breathe acid.[/sblock]

The dragon breathes another cloud of acid over Shava and Tondrek as it steps away from Mitra. The cloud overwhelms the dragonmarked half-elf, sending her near unconsciousness once more. The cloud lingers over the artificer sizzling on the hammers and drills on his belt before turning his skin red and irratated. The dragon then steps away, even aware of the threat of Mitra, who swipes out at the dragon...

The remaining staff wielder raises it's staff at the goliath and a ring of fire forms around the warrior, burning her skin and scorching her armor. The kobold then flies to another platform.

The warped kobold continues to assault the goliath, swiping bloody claws at the warrior, but she smashes her shield against one claw an her hammer against another to keep from being hurt.

The other, in the pit, swims upward, reaching the surface easily and then climbing upon solid ground.

[sblock=ooc]W1 athletics (1d20+6=14)[/sblock]

The kobold near the deep water avoids the spirit bear and moves toward Tondrek, swinging his longsword at the half-orc. The longsword pierces the half-orc's leg, keeping him from moving while the kobold steps away.

The other heavily armored kobold attacks the goliath once more, trying to keep it's master safe. The longblade scrapes along the plate armor, making sparks but keeping the warrior uninjured.

[sblock=ooc]none shall pass recharge, attack roll (1d6=3, 1d20+14=23) No recharge, miss.[/sblock]

Shava starts to make for her pack, but the dragon's acid lingers burning her flesh. The loss of flesh is too much and she falls.

[sblock=ooc]
Shava takes 5 ongoing acid damage.
Fail vs ongoing damage and -AC, Save vs immobilized and -defenses

Remember everyone, that's a dragon. I do not expect people to go out of their way to save Shava.

Mitra takes a swipe at the dragon, but her ephemeral claws slide harmlessly over its thick hide, trailing sparks into the brackish water.

OOC - where is the dragon on the map now?

Tondrek blinks in surprise as his bolt hits home and is staring when the kobold slices him and the acid from the dragon washes over him. Whining loudly, he cries out when he sees Shava fall. At the same time, he sees the many cuts on Little Big Girl as well. Too many hurty hurts. Too many hurty hurts. Too many hurty hurts. He closes his eyes and makes a choice.

Tondrek's free hand detatches another clockwork mechanism on his shoulder, and with a few quick gestures, infuses it with more life-giving magic. It rolls off the shelf and through the muck, underneath the armormed kobold and right under Rhona. It then explodes in a spray of arcane magic, coating the goliath's wounds and lending her strength. But at the same time, the elemental-infused metal seems to unfold and expand until a spindly thing barbs and spines stands aside Rhona, jabbing as the goliath keeps them distracted. But the halfork's internal turmoil prevents him from fighting off the acid and his leg wound.[sblock=Actions]Three minor actions: Healing Infusion on Rhona (HS+3), Regeneration Infusion on Rhona (Regen 3 until end of encounter; can be ended to spend HS), and Obedient Servant summoned at W19. [sblock=ooc]Evo, did you forget to roll saves against Horrid Whispers for the dragon and the other one who was hit? remember, it has an aftereffect - they are knocked prone when they make the save.

Tactics question - Roswyn has a daily left which is to summon an Abyssal Maw. I'm sort of waiting to use it until she has used all her other encounter powers (Hypnotic Pattern and Grasping Shadows), because it takes her standard action to attack with it. However, it can make opportunity attacks:

[sblock=Opportunity Attack of Maw]Melee 1; targets one creature; +10 vs Reflex; 1d6+7 damage. In addition, if an enemy adjacent to the maw makes a melee attack that does not include the maw as a target, the maw can make an opportunity attack against that enemy after the enemy's attack is resolved.[/sblock]
So, would it be worth it to summon now and get it into the mix? Maybe with Rohna or elsewhere? (It's a minor to summon so Roswyn could summon it and also use one of her encounters this round. Hypnotic Pattern might be able to pull the spellcaster down off the platform where Rohna could get to him, possibly. Maybe put the Maw next to or on top of the pattern?)

I'll post a move tomorrow one way or the other.

OOC - If it can fly I'd suggest getting it into melee with that floating caster, otherwise yah I'd love some more backup ;) the 3v1 thing is kickin my butt. Casting the pattern over the pit would be really good too, so anything that gets drawn to it falls into the pit and loses another action getting out.
