[Adventure] Dirty Money: (The Final Encounter; Rohna, Tondrek up)[Judge: THB]

Rohna sees the large lizardman step fully into shadow so ignores it for the time being and pounds her hammer into the face of the dragonborn right in front of her. The flaming hammer crushes bone and scales, and the warrior reels, but he regains his feet, barely standing.

Brenron moves forward bravely and blasts all monsters in sight. Sadly, good intentions don't count, or the monsters would be dead by now. The booming thunder is little more than a rumble and the creatures grin, though their fates are clearly decided.

Shava raises her dagger again, calling forth yet another bolt of lightning. Let's end this. The magic slams into the blackscale, scorching his scales and sending his club out of his numb fingers. The electricity arcs to the dragonborn's head, where it pops his eyes with bloody explosions. The dragonborn falls.

OOC: Too keep things moving....

Tamarand smiles as he previous attack slays the greenscaled foe. He then points a dagger at the dragonborn, soft purple fire appears on the creature although it doesn't harm it.

Then the drow focuses on his center, the fury that boiled inside him, and grabbed onto the tempest of emotions. He harnessed it and drew it into a lance of psionic force that only he could see. Pointing one dagger at the remaining foe, the lance hurtled towards the foe. It didn't see what was coming, but it sure felt it as the force struck right into their psyche. The strike sends the blackscale reeling. It stumbles backward and topples into the water with a splash, sinking slowly.

The water flows through the room louder now, the body of the lizardman creating turbulance. Just the single exit stands on the other end of the room.

"Well done, people," Roswyn comments as she comes back from the hallway. She enters the larger room and studies the bodies, the river, and where they were originally standing, trying to figure out what they might have been doing before being interrupted.

Rohna Goes over to the water after she sets her hammer down so the light is still there. As she reaches down toward the water her armor flows away from her as to not impede her movement. She grabs a limb of the slowly sinking lizardman and drags it out of the water so her group can do a proper salvage on the whole lot at once. Mitra yawns silently and walks across the surface of the water and lays down in the center of hall opening on the other side. Watching down the way the party has yet to go, while her friend hauls the soggy corpse from the rushing liquid.
"Good teamwork everyone. They have anything of use before we continue on?" She retrieves her hammer and slings its before going over look at where the water leaves the room to see if has bars over not.

Later: If there are bars she will wade into the water to help the others across.

Rohna pulls the body of the blackscale out the the water while Tondrek scans the area for magical emanations. The half-orc makes quick fuss as he detects the prescence of undead probably nearby. Roswyn and Tamarand can make out the artificer's ramblings as a closeness of Dolurrh. This appears to be the only source of magic. Their enemies appeared to have no treasure on them.

Roswyn figures that the creatures here were guarding the area and avoiding the area beyond the hallway.
