*The group heads back towards the town, moving much faster now without the stretchers, and carrying the two heavy sacks, the drawstrings sealed tightly shut.*

*Before long, they make it to the ridge just in front of Briarton. Lena, noting their approach, comes up to meet them.*

"Oh, wow! You did it! You guys are true heroes! Come, come! Mayor Lucas will want to see you again, all of you," though on second thought she adds to Scun, "Though if you can hide your face under a cowl or something it might help so as not to frighten the children."

"Of course Lena." Cade says as he follows.

Anton nods, "We can see the mayor, but quickly. We have more to do."

Scun takes off his pack and rummages through. "I haven't a cloak or cowl. Would someone allow me to use theirs?"

OOC: Um Scun has a traveler's oufit which includes "an ample cloak with a hood". However, if Scun really wants to borrow something, Rillian has a cloak, scarf and a wide-brimmed hat, he can borrow.

Anton looks a bit pained, "I... have my cloak" He motions to the one he is currently wearing. And takes it off, holding it to Scun, "Please be careful with it."

Anton, now, feels awkward without his cloak.

*The adventurers follow Lena into the town hall, where Mayor Lucas, seeing them there with the bags claps his hands and says:*

"Did you al...no, I suppose not. Lena, you'll attend to that for me, won't you?"

"At once, sir."

"Thanks Lena."

"But as for all of you, you are all simply amazing! I can't believe you defeated the hobgoblins--Halina be praised! I see you have the money back too. You are all true heroes! And I know everyone here at Briarton thanks each and every one of you for the bottoms of our hearts, even the half-orc."

"Our pleasure Mayor Lucas. However, we only grabbed the hobgoblins headin' back to their town, so we didn't get them all. We're badly injured and need a place to rest and heal."
