*Zaeryl joins Almayce and Juliana in running around the house the opposite way that Ras and Ogrin went, hoping to cut off and/or corner the opponents, hopefully some rats who have lost their bite.*

I haven't actually gotten an action for Razh yet, I'll give him another day before assuming he charges as Ogrin seems to think he will... The green stuff is, er, green stuff. Bushes, trees, various weird flowers, plants and shrubs.
 


The battle is joined

Razh charges into the fray. Unable to reach Tryggvi except by opening himself up for an attack by the wolf, decides to start with the wolf. He brings his waraxe down on the crouching mongrel, splitting its skull and sending a splash of blood over himself and the burley man.


Ogrin moves closer to Tryggvi, into the bushes and hurls his dagger, which flies wide.

The burley man snarls and shouts an arcane word which neither halfling nor dwarf understand, but the next thing they know, the trees, bushes and shrubs come to life, reaching into the path, twining and grasping at their arms, legs and torsos. Razh and Ogrin: Make a Reflex save DC 14. Failure means you are entangled. Success means you can only move at half speed.

Tryggvi drops his sack, whips a potion out of his pouch, and chugs it.
Juliana, Zaeryl and Almayce hoof it (double move) around the other side of the house towards the encounter.

Don't open until initiative 3:[SBLOCK]Ogrin deftly avoids being caught in the snaring undergrowth, skipping and jumping off the branches that come in his way.

On his initiative, he'll switch his short sword into his primary hand and ready his shield while moving closer to Tryggvi². If possible, he'll try to stab the "nice" fellow between the ribs (AC14) with his silvered short sword.

He'll avoid Kopaskers spear, knowing the wicked alchemist has an advantage with such a long weapon.

²) Unless Tryggvi moves, that would be SE,E,E,E to avoid an AoO from Kopasker.

Juliana sheds her backpack as she runs, moving as fast as she can.

OOC: Should drop 19 lbs, and speed her up to 30' base move. I sorted out what is in her backpack for clairity.
 

*Unfortunately, Zaeryl can't make it past the corner in a single move, so he will make a single move, nearly turning the corner, and drawing his crossbow at the same time, using his standard action to get another move action in order to load his crossbow.*
