The cleric leans closer to the orc and says with a stern face "Information...You better answer the questions presented to you truthfully...I'll know if you are lying." Knoepf steps back to let Hasifar question him further.

"Borruk, pin on on the ground." tells Artemus. Once the big fellow have done it, Artemus takes the lead of the interrogation. "Let's start by the obvious. What was that stupid idea of attacking us. Who gave you that order and why? WHat were you doing there? Answer and don't try to lie or you'll pay the price." tells Artemus.

"Merrick, ..., Merrick said to do so. He said that someone was trying to cut into our dealings, so he set up a scheme to have the competition lured into the Gate here and wiped out. Me, I don't care if ya muscle in. I'll even work for ya. Just don't kill me. I know a lot about Merrick's operation. I can be a big help to ya. Just let me live and we can work out a deal."

"Work for me? I don't work with people who tried to kill me, but if you tell me everything you know about Merrik and his operation, past, present and future, I will think about giving you a chance to leave Sharn for a time long enough so we can forget who you are." replies Artemus.

As the half-orc places his hand on her wrist, Tirial removed them from her blades. She gives the warforged one more look as she returns with Artemus.

Tirial watches impassively as the orc is questioned, although she does her best to determine if he's lying.

"Do I look to care about him? I've got a job to do, and he has information to help to do it. It's his call on how I will treat him. He tried to kill us, and that was a really bad start in our relation. He is lucky to be alive at that moment. He should take advantage of that luck if you want my opinion." replies Artemus to Hasifar.

 

[Farce]

"The soldiers were just following orders when they killed my whole villiage as well, ain't no excuse" Boruuk says, his voice just over a whisper as he looks at Hasifar, then tightens his grip on the orc, temper rising. "You'd best get to answering unless you want me to show you what I did to those hobgoblins" Boruuk adds.
