Adventure Path Monster Stat Blocks

I just found out on reading the Kingmaker adventure, that is has stats for some monsters but not others.

Why is this?

They do not post the stats for any monsters out of the Bestiary because it's expected that someone DM'ing the AP would have the Bestiary. Also the stats for these monsters can be found for free here: Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Reference Document

Yep - this.

Monsters not listed in the AP generally list the page number in the Bestiary they are on or in some cases the AP will reference another page within the AP that the monster is on.

It saves them space within the AP to not have to print stat blocks for creatures that have already been detailed in the Bestiary.
