Adventure seeds and full adventures and things between...

Well, this isn't what you want, but maybe Merric might... Here are a list of "Plot Elements" that can be strung together, in different ways, to make adventures. Each includes a list of what needs to be added, in order to flesh it out:

Five Minute Adventures (many of which take more time than that). These are specifically aimed at Sci-Fi, but can be easily adapted to Fantasy... and best of all, they're free! :D

Ooh, nice! I'll have to bookmark that site. :)

Thanks muchly!

Ah sorry, my bad. Something more like the old "Book of Encounters" then?

I loved that thing! One of the reasons I liked the little books from FFG and AEG.

Heck, I still have my old Book of Lairs I & II, as well as the Book of Encounters, and a few other mini-adventure format seeds around here.

Both of which are definitely still useful as inspirational aids.

I, personally, do much better at writing adventure seeds and overviews than I do with actual, full-blown adventures. Part of my problem is that I sit there constantly thinking things like "but what if the party doesn't include a rogue?"

There is an awesome PDF on RPGNOW called "A Hundred Adventure Seeds" or something like that, i love that product. It is pretty much a one-2 page write up with the plot, hook and "twist" section.
