oog: I guess so. It's been too long though. I'll just NPC him for now.
Halfling and giant vermin thrashed about, trying to gain control of the dire situation. Beneath the chaotic struggle, a lesser version of the giant snapped at Ogrin's feet. Surrounding the battle were Ogrin's companions, each looking for a way to injure his aggressor and strike it down.
Rasereit swung both axes at the centipede but was not able to injure the centipede with either.

Rillian's swift stabs were similarly unsuccessful. The tip of his blade could find no purchase upon the armor shells of the vermin.

From his own side of the furious struggle, Scun changed weapons and attacked with his spear. Unfortunately, the spear head found only hard carapace and bounced off ineffectually.

Mona invoked the power of her deity, then moved to the edge of the melee and laid a hand upon the struggling Ogrin. Wounds and bruises were washed away by the cleric's touch.

Ogrin felt much better now. Healing and hope had flowed from the cleric's fingertips into Ogrin. He raised his dagger and stabbed at the greater centipede. Though the halfling's steel slid through a gap in the armor, the centipede did not look injured.

Sensing blood and weakness, three centipedes attacked Nezrak. One of them had been harassing Rillian. The elf struck at them but wasn't able to hit at all.

Of the three, only two were swift enough to draw blood from Nezrak. The third was too slow to attack the elf's legs. The elf was wracked by intense agony as his leg flesh was rent by their mandibles. The pain was great enough to threaten collapse, disabling Nezrak. To make things worse, the vermin's venom made him clumsier and more prone to attack.
