(Adventure) The Monestary of Saint Feragon <Judge:Macbeth>

[Rurik has a shortbow, and if he's lucky, he'll never be far enough away to have to use it.]

"A'right then. Les' get out o' sight, and circle aroon back. Bron will protect the steeds, and we can take the rear entrance. Anyone good with locks, then?

Telerin looks the arrows over and smiled warmly, "Thank you. These were amazingly helpful before, and I expect them to assist us once again..." he turned to look at the others a moment, "I hope we can hold our own with whatever we face..."

((OOC: Nope, I stayed with a shortbow because that's what I've got the proficiency for. And you know...I wouldn't mind having that 4th level Ranger around. ;)))

OoC:I know, but he'd really mess up the XPs hehe...besides, he's here for the 'Cavalry' aspect if you guys get in too deep.
Just waiting on other input now that you folks are going the back route.

(OOC -- wow this moves fast... Oh, and I hope you meant 'cavalry,' Uriel. Sturm would hate to see Bron get crucified :) )

Sturm takes the arrows, questioningly. "I ain' got a bow fer usin' these in, but I'll hold on 'em, jes in case. Tho' 'ere ain' many places one o' these toothpicks can go tha' me 'n my scythe can't, so long's we work a bit 'arder at it."

"Anywot, rearways good fer me, 'n so's frontways. 'sfar as it means much by me the only bad way in's stayin' out 'n talkin' ferever."

OoC: Yep, LEW moves quickly, especially since I am homebound. You know, I have 2 more adventure ideas that want to launch, 1 LEW in Rivenblight (the second City) and one in the general PbP forum. I'll hold off for a bit.

Edited to give arrows to Rurik, sorry, feel free to edit yours as well.
dpdx, please add 3 arrows +2 to your sheet. They are a loaner, but Bron won't expect them back anyways, he's sure that you will find something to use them on.

Rurik looks at Sturm, grinning.

"You dun wan' 'em, give 'em here. They'll go nicely with my shortbow. If'n we're lucky, I'll give 'em back to ole Bron unblemished, once the wet work is done," he says, patting his waraxe for emphasis.

[OOC: there - done.]

OoC: EXPERIENCE POINTS to ths point.
I am giving an across the board amount for each PC for Roleplaying.
As we go along in LEW, and the DMs get a feel for a PCs personality, differing awards will be given out based upon how well the player is upholding that PCs personality etc...until then,
I'm of a mind to give equal amounts for RPing. Challenge Ratings overcome and
Insight from players will be handled seperately and rewarded appropriately.

XP: 300 per PC

OOC: Stupid question time - does this award also represent the experience earned during the battle at the Roadwarden station? I know you said CR was handled separately, but we hadn't heard of any award from the Roadwarden station, so I was just wondering...

OoC:This is the reward from the Roadwarden's Station, and it's not a stupid question at all. 4 CR1 feral roadwardens at 300 each/6 200 per PC +100 for RPing.
there will be much in the way of XP... just added up the threats (Yikes...).
Ye shall all be well on your way to greatness by games end. Now, if I could only get these other DMs to kick their games into high gear as well...The 'regs' in my games will be 5th level while other poor souls languish and claw for 2nd :D
That last was merely a Joke...(mostly).

Kirin is adjusting Cirus's tack and making sure that her scickle, sling and holy water are all accessable. "I'm not trained in locks, but if the monestary has a secret way in or out, I may be able to find it... Depending on how old the building is and its prior uses we might be able to go in a way that even the resident monks wouldn't have thought to guard."

"Locks?" Aranel heard one of her few magic words. "Locks and traps would be my department of speciality." She announced. "I can do my best anyway." she added. She'd been staring at the monestary, trying to figure out if it was the sort of place likely to have large expensive items, or even better, small expensive items.
Possibly plots. Prefferably all in one place.

"Are we ready?"
