Unfortunately, he and I have very different ideas about what would be good magic items for my character... When the purse is passed around among the group, Andrec takes a small but symbolic step back and quietly remarks "split it five ways."

Mikara shakes her head and smiles at the heavily armored Andrec.

"You may not have been there for the fight. But you were there when we needed you to be. Without you, we wouldn't have been able to keep ahold of that last scalywag that was trying to run off. You got there just in time and allowed us to get information. Without that information, we wouldn't have a lead to go on, which in turn isgetting us even more money. Your reward is justly earned, so please take your share."

She pauses for a moment and then adds "... unless of course you want to give me your share and we can arrange some other, more private rewards for your deeds..." she says lasciviously, licking her lips.

[sblock=treasure] Naw, it's cool, we were informed from the beginning from Mr. Pinch that it would be split 6 ways, so no big deal. Looking at the Tracking section from the first post, though, it seems as though there was more than just 400 gp. What about the seventy something gold, twenty something silver, and the spiked chain (which I am having reservations about training in, as it doesn't have high-crit... although the reach WOULD be nice in conjunction with Inescapable Blade...*sigh* what to do, what to do...) [/sblock]

Ceryx, tight lipped the entire time he was in the dome, seems to have gotten back to his normal ways as they reach the exit. Taking his share of the treasure, Ceryx turns to the party. "I am not sure about the rest of you, but my stomach is growling and my mouth is parched. How about we head back to the tavern and order ourselves a little celebration supper at the Hanged Man?" He then turns to Andrec. "And sir, if you do not wish your part of the reward, I will only accept it if you hand it to me personally. I agree with our drow friend here. You've done your part well, giving us what we needed to make a little more coin down the road."

Andrec leans away subconsciously at the last comment, though the look on his face seems mostly incredulous.

"Very well then, if you feel that way, you have my thanks." Scooping up 65 coins, Andrec ignores the two magic items and turns toward the door. "Where shall we start then?"

[sblock=Re:Treasure] According to this, we should also have an additional 73 gp and 20sp. So if Andrec takes 79 gold and 1 silver, then the rest of us can take 79 gold and 8 silver to divide the money evenly between us. If figured this would be the best way to go about it, since otherwise we would have to deal with coppers and fractions of coppers... and i don't know about you, but I'm not hoping to be gaining future monetary rewards in the form of coppers... less book-keeping is better!

EDIT: Wow... my math was OFF... Anyways, with the extra 73 gp and 20 sp, we could ALL get 79 gold and there would be 1 gold left over (Math: 473 gp * 10 = 4730 silver. 4730 silver + 20 silver = 4750 silver. 4740/6 = 79. 4750-4740 = 10. 10/10=1 gold.) I propose that we take the extra 1 gold and give Skalisss and Brother Shane an extra 5 silver each, for doing such a good job of keeping our hides alive.

Mikara will take the leather armor, and I suspect that the mace will go to Brother Shane. If someone else wants the spiked chain, I'm willing to give it up, otherwise we can sell it, because i have decided not to train in it (I like the high-crit of the falchion better than the extra reach of the spiked chain because only one of my at-will powers would gain any real benefit from using it. None of my encounter or daily powers would gain a benefit from the spiked chain, so yeah, at this point... the extra 1 reach on an at-will power that will only be used rarely (when I can help it) due to the small amount of damage it deals just isn't worth it for me, so yeah. Falchion it is! [/sblock]
