Occ: I agree with going to the station. Sorry about QuestionMark being a little quiet, Kinion isn't a talkative guy and i may or may not be thinking about how to work in his next personality. BTW anyone have problems with a flirty male or female personality?

The lightning rail station is a flurry of activity. Several merchants on carts hock their wares to any who would buy them and travelers scamper about trying to get from one section to another, finding their assigned carts or getting their luggage. A tall half-elf in a conductors' outfit calls out a ten minute warning to those who are about to depart.

Sitting on a bench near the entrance of the station is Gurdis. On the bench next to her is a box of supplies. As she sees the group approach, she stands (not making her much taller than when she was sitting).

"There ye be. I got ye a bunch'a supplies fer yer trip. I dinnae know yer exact needs, so I be gittin ye some healin' potions. Yer a rough'n tumble kind'a group (heh, just what I be likin'), so I figgered I be playin' t'yer strengths. I be goin' with ye on this trip fer most a'yer journey, since I be headin' over t'the Mror Holds, so ye won't need t'worry about food n' stuff. I be havin' that all added t'me tab."

Gurdis hands the group a box of potions that have all been clearly labeled. There are six healing potions, two potion of Lifeshield, and two Gravespawn potions.

"We're leavin' on th'next train out, so ye c'n follow me t'yer seats."

Gurdis leads you onto the lightning rail. You pass through the poor sections, hoping she didn't buy you cheap seats. The floor, walls, and tables are clean, but they're not made of the best material and they don't look like they would be too comfortable. She opens the door ahead of her and heads into the standard fare seating. The construction of this area is a bit nicer, and it has some luxuries that the poor section doesn't have, like pictures hung from the walls, and light orbs every few feet so that a passenger could read. She continues walking to the head of the rail and opens the last door, taking you into the reserved seating section. The floor is made of solid granite and there are wide windows that let the light in. The seating, while still in bench form, has plush red cushions and there is a man in a tuxedo holding a tray, waiting to take any orders you may have. Although this car is directly behind the elemental powered engine, it is remarkably quiet in the car. You feel the rumble of the engine more than you hear it.

After you take your seats, the conductors voice can be heard magically amplified from a crystal orb in the center of the ceiling. He announces that they will be departing in a few minutes and to make yourselves comfortable. He lays out the day's schedule and says that they should be making a stop in a few hours after passing through the King's Forrest.

Grryth follows along with the group, letting Alexia and Lo-Kag take the lead. It would seem, for those who would notice the type of thing, that Grryth seems more content to follow the more "natural" leaders when it comes to social situations.

As the group arrives at the lightning rail station, Grryth tightens his cloak around him and seems to constantly keep looking around him as if expecting theives to jump out of the crowd and strip him naked. Only once they board the train and make their way to their seats does he seem to relax and let out a sigh. Looking at the others he offers up the following; "Don't like the crowds at the rail stations much - These places usually seem to attract people with sticky fingers is all." With that he stretchs out before getting comfortable in an isle seat near the back of the car.

Or unnatural, as the case may be.[/sblock]

Alexia lies back in a window seat. "Crowds are easy to handle. They have currents and eddies like a river. You just need to swim down them. The more comfortable you look, the less likely you are to draw attention. Of course, some people have alternative methods of getting through a crowd. Whatever works, I suppose."

Kinion plops into his seat, he looks very tired, "I can't usally hold it this lon..." He mumbles as he starts to fall asleep...And he is soon breathing in slow deep breaths and sleeping deeply.

"Ah, let them come. T'would be a fine bit of entertainment to teach a thief a lesson," Gurdan says.

Gurdan lets out a belly laugh. "You've never seen a dwarf swim, have ye lass?" Gurdan slaps Alexia just a bit too hard on the shoulder. Clearly Gurdan has chosen to treat her as just 'one of the guys'.

Gurdan eyes Kinion, already asleep. "I think he's got the right idea, friends." Gurdan sets his shield up just so, using it as a rough pillow, and closes his eyes. He makes for a strange sight in such a refined mode of transportation.
