The encounter is over, but Val's got his ongoing poison you can try to help him save against (River should be able to do this easily...) [/sblock]

[SBLOCK=OOC]I completly forgot I could give a saving throw with my Heal skill... but River won't do it this turn as he expect the Tielfing to reappear. His inaction will be putting Val to 30/63.

Val might save during his turn.

Next round, River will use Healer's Mercy on Val (1d6+10=15), bringing back Val to 60/63, giving him an extra save against the Poison.

Also, if Healer's Mercy is used, everyone within the Battle Standard area (i.e: everyone) heal an extra hp:

Feall: 36/37 hp
Sheeva: 38/43 hp
Valahad: 61/63 hp
River: 40/49 hp

If Val is still under the effect of the poison River will use his Heal Skill on him every round, automatically giving him a extra free save against the poison.[/SBLOCK]

After a few tense moments, the tiefling fails to reappear.

Glasur looks up from where he was crouched on the boat, "By the Host! That... how did you... where did... ah forget it. What the hells was that thing?" he stammers, clearly shaken up by the incident

 

[Velmont]

"Probably another cultist, and not the least. He is a seasoned warrior and have enough magic on him to be a thorn." replies River. "It's not an easy task we have in front of us, and we already have left behind many of our companions."

[SBLOCK=OOC]Don't forget Val had to spend 1 HS. Also, River will spend 1 HS too to get to full, so we should have:

Feall: 36/37 hp - 3 HS used
Sheeva: 38/43 hp - 0 HS used (she is a coward , just kidding)
Valahad: 61/63 hp - 2 HS used

"Darn it. He got away. I think that cloak would have gone nicely with my eyes." Sheeva says with a pout.

Valahad looks around trying to find his escaping foe. Not having any luck, he is ready for another attack even as the poison continues to course through him. With blessings from River, Valahad is soon fine. "Should we go after him? He will no doubt tail us, and take us by surprise again, perhaps while we are already fighting."
