"Assuming you are right, what do you suggest to do? How can we erradicate the influence of Khyber on these people? How do we find the Flamist we seeks?" ask River.

"Faell is good at it, but except him, we are not that kind of people. We might do it, but the chance are against us unless we find a plan. And if they find us sneaking in their back, now we will have no chance to gain their trust."

"Very true. We'll go with your plan then. I'll let you lead, I'll back you up with my chaming good looks. If they work on a dirty half-orc, why not brainwashed temple worshipers?" ;)

The kalashtar makes sure his blade is loose in it's sheathe. "If things come to violence, try and knock them out."

Sadly, I have the feeling it will. thinks River. He takes a moment in silent and continue to observe the scene, trying to figure what would be the most proper way to approach these people.

River try to predict the reaction of the village at their arrival.[/SBLOCK]

As you take a few more minutes to observe the area you notice that great sections of the rocky landscape are given over to gardens and orchards. Mule teams haul logs and deadfall from the nearby woods. Sheep and cattle are herded into rough stone corrals as dusk falls. At different sites, construction is evident, new living spaces being reclaimed from the ruins. Fires begin to spring up. The smells of roast meat and woodsmoke drift toward you on the breeze. There easily looks to be around five hundred of these cultists, including women and children, in the area. They all are wearing dark black robes that the other cultists you've encountered were wearing.

You also see a group of a half-dozen men moving out of the camp, weapons are carried and it seems that these men are likely patrolling the area.

"If we could take some of their robes it's possible we could masquerade as Cultists while we get through all of the domestic areas and into the fortress proper."

"You suggest to take those robe from a patrol?" asks River who takes a look at the inhabitant. He tries to spot some drows or shifters among them.
