[Adventure] Trouble in Moonwatch (Judge: THB) - Part II

Rumbum rushes foward to aide Pok. After a quick inspection of the door, he grunts. I get this...no problem. Setting down his shield, he leans into the door, pushing the it with all of his strength. The door gives way, opening enough to get through. This way friends...come...come! He then equips his shield.

occ: strength check: 1d20+10= 22. I didn't know which way the door opened, so I chose inward. :)

Rumbum pushes the door open and sees another room.

This chamber appears to be a former armory. Six giantsized suits of rusted plate armor stand against the walls, each clutching a halberd. More armor and weapons are strewn across the floor. The wall and part of the vaulted ceiling have collapsed to the southeast.

River follow the group. As they enter, River suggest "We could use those armor to block the way and slow them down... wait is there an exit this way?" River move toward the collapse corner and start to search for anything useful in this situation.

I've got rope if we're climbing out. says Pok, moving into the room quietly, the gnome tip toed into cover behind one of the giant suits of armor. Once again willing the arcane energies to reveal themselves, while keeping all his senses open to possible data.

Use rolls from last post,
Stealth for new hiding spot if available, 24
Arcana detect magic in new room 24
Perception new room 16 from hiding place and immediate area of hiding place

"We could use those armor to block the way and slow them down... wait is there an exit this way?"

The orc nods his head and smiles a toothy grin towards River. Rumbum do that. The orc eagerly gets to work throwing huge pieces of heavy armor against the door in order to make it more difficult for the foes to gain access.

ooc: strength check to carry and toss armor against closed door: 1d20+10 = 16

Sorry...no more actions please. As Rumbum enters, something happens. Your DM just has to complete a corporate tax return that must get out the door today before the client goes away on holidays. [/sblock]

Sitting silently, Pok's mind wanders to thoughts of the sister he left back in Daunton. Sharn. *Soon Roswyn, I'll be watching your back from the shadows again soon.* Smiling Pok finds comfort in the thoughts of loved ones.

Face... Palm... Thanks for the laugh Velmont.
