Advice about new classes in Eberron .

I allowed:

Hexblade
Swashbuckler
Favored Soul
Warmage
Warlock
Spellthief

I would've let Scout in, but I think it negates the Ranger and Rogue to well.

As wonky as it seems at first, I really like the idea of warforged warlocks. Not warforged who made pacts with demons, or anything. But, say, warforged who were created during a coterminous period with Kythri, the plane of chaos. Proximity to all that chaotic energy influenced the creation process somehow, and every warforged who came out of a forge that year, or day, or even hour, came out just a little bit... different. More than any other magic class, the power of a warlock is innate, and it feels right to connect them to living constructs with an unclear power source to begin with.

I also like changeling hexblades. Disguise isn't a class skill, sure, but all the "talky" skills are, and what a saboteur! He doesn't even have to do anything visible, accidents just happen around him. An anonymous, nameless phantom, only a rumor, that carries bad luck wherever he goes... if he keeps going long enough without being caught, any spectacular accident might be attributed to him, even if he's on the other end of the continent when it happens.

I agree with Mercule, except I think the favored soul fits well in there as well.

Well, I just plain don't like the Favored Soul (I think it's the wings, but I'm not sure), so I'll admit bias quite readily.

As has been stated, it's probably possible to include the Oriental classes, but I was looking at "mainstream" Khorvaire. It had actually occured to me that they would probably fit quite well in Sarlona, but the goblinoids work work, too.
