Advice on a partial spellcasting PrC

Fallenstard

First Post
Short story:
What I'm looking for is a PrC for a lawful good illusion-heavy sorcerer that grants some neat abilities and close to full spellcasting progression.

Long story:
I'm going to be playing a gestalt planescape game pretty soon, and have been trying to find a balance between power and flavor. Unfortunately, the classes that fit my flavor the best seem to be either too powerful and are banned, or are too weak and leave me better off staying core. The character is taking Vow of Nonviolence and Vow of Peace, and will specialize in being an illusionist sorcerer (please dont' tell me wizard is better a dozen times; sorcerer fits my character better).

So far I have:
Sor/Human paragon
Sor/Pal
Sor/Pal
Human paragon/Monk (taking Ascetic Monk as the HP bonus feat)
Human paragon/Monk
Sor?/Cleric
???
???/Contemplative

I want a class to continue getting spellcasting levels, and whenever the PrC has a gap in spellcasting, I can take a level as Sor/PrC so I never miss any spellcasting levels (Like I did with the first level, Sor/Human paragon).

I was originally going to go with Celestial Mystic, but its abilities aren't that great, and I'd have to take Vow of Abstinence (ok flavor, meh feat) and Servant of the Heavens (bad flavor for me, bad feat).

The PrC I'd fit best into would be Apostle of Peace and just continue Sor next to it, but AoP requires Vow of Poverty, and we already have a VoP character so the DM doesn't really want me to take it.

I have a character like this (Sorcerer/Paladin, but no gestalt levels), so I can tell you what I've looked at during my builds:

Abjurant Champion
Spellsword
Havoc Mage
Eldritch Knight

They all do very different things. I'm not sure which, if any, would be right for your character, but there are some to look at.
