Afflicted lycanthrope problem

Ok in the campain the partys psionic wilder just got bit. the problem is with his psionic powers he is easliy able to wipe out the entire party specaly with his newly aquired 10/sliver damage reduction. My question is when he first shifts into a warewolf and the dm takes control of him does he still have his psionic abilities. In the monster manual it said he forgets his identidy. but at the same time would that make him forget feats like uncanny dodge it just dosent make sence please help me.

A lycanthrope in animal form fights like the animal it resembles, although its bite carries the disease of lycanthropy. It is preternaturally cunning and strong, and possesses damage reduction that is overcome only by silvered weapons.

There ya go, in the stat block it says you keep the characters base feats (so yes you keep uncanny dodge) but since a wolf doesn't have psionic powers a werewolf in wolf form can't use them
