After Battlefield Adventures...what other "genre" books?

JPL

Adventurer
Possibilities...

1. Swashbuckling
- I’d bet money on this one.

2. Exploration
- Maybe Lost World, maybe Columbus, maybe Indiana Jones

3. Espionage / Conspiracy

4. Crime / Crimefighting

5. Wuxia / Chambara
- a.k.a Oriental Adventures 3.5. I could imagine a non-Rokugan, wuxai-heavy OA as part of this series.

6. Prehistoric / Stone Age
- That’d be different.

7. Horror
- Ravenloft covers this, but there’s always room for another

Ideas?

Not really. This would probably not fit into the series as it changes a lot of D&D (you'll need new races and classes).

Well, but now, as rokugan d20 is seeing its last supplement, it might actually be nice if someone else picked up the wuxia (and there's always the crowd crying out for Kara-Tur)

I'd love to see espionage as a genre book. Swashbuckling would be great too, though I'm wondering if Maelstrom doesn't cover it (or at least cover enough that they'll hold off on a swashie genre book longer than they otherwise might).

I'm hoping for Ascension, adventures around the theme of becoming a god, and the repurcussions of introducing a new god into a campaign. Kind of the opposite of Requiem for a God.

Apocalypse. What happens when a global disaster strikes? Now, just as Battlefield Adventures is a revised and expanded version of Cry Havoc, Apocalypse will be a revised and expanded version of When The Sky Falls....

I really like the idea of merchant adventures.

Didn't WotC license out the Dragon Fist setting, which was wuxia?
