Once the jewel in the crown of the Dwarven Great King, the mines of Kor Khazan now lie in darkness, their fabled Runesilver claimed by the Darkmaster's servants. Yet hope glimmers anew, as the newly crowned King of the Golden Gate rallies his warriors and drives them deep into the Glistening Mountains.
But the path to glory is beset by shadows. Whispers of betrayal, unrest among the townsfolk of Rook, and rumors of a darker truth hidden within the roots of the mountain threaten to shatter the king's cause. Rival factions plot in the shadows, each with their own claim to Kor Khazan's legacy.
Will the heroes help the young kingdom find its footing? Will they claim their fortune in the depths of the Glistening Mountains? Or will they be swallowed by the darkness beneath the Mines of Kor Khazan?
The Mines of Kor Khazan is an adventure scenario for a party of characters of Level 3 and above, to be used with the Against the Darkmaster Core Rules.
