There is, as yet, no sign that Billy Kaplan is a thing in the MCU. It would be simpler for them to say that this character is the Billy we saw at the end of Multiverse of Madness, or some other version of Wanda's kid from a different timeline.

I like that.

Yeah, and it's entirely possible it will turn out he's from another universe. However, I'm struggling to figure out how / why an alternate universe Billy would come to the main MCU universe.

Seems like a clear double reference to the opening of Star Wars Episode 9 and the infamous 80s comic arc where Wanda's kids end up being shards of Mephisto's soul. (Mephisto in comics is essentially simply the Devil, or at least a copyright friendly version of him)

don't worry about it, despite the Black heart reference, the spoilers seem to indicate that Mephisto isnt involved in Agatha All Along - so unless the MCU gets really creative with the 'twist', I think this is another case of Comicbook readers knowing too much

I saw someone theorize that Agatha figured out Teen wasn't her son during the Seance, when he reads out 'Nicholas Scratch' on the Ouija Board. He wouldn't have been able to say that due to the Sigil.

Rio told Agatha “he isn’t yours” in the previous episode. The meaning was pretty obvious.

True, I guess 'confirmed' would have been a better way to describe it.
I doubt Agatha has much trust when it comes to other witches telling her things.
