Ah, I never got that book. Are they LA +0?

Yes, LA +0. They are different from the 4e versions. In this version they used to be a different race and are reborn (their choice) as a dragonborn servant of Bahamut.

The book is rather hit and miss. I like the theme so use it in conjunction with the other dragon books. I feel it works better that way.

So... they're the good version of the mojh?

Is there anything about the stats that would prevent them from being used with the 4e dragonborn fluff though?

They keep the stat bonuses of whatever race they were and get +2 Con and -2 Dex. They also mechanically get a breath weapon or get good senses or get wings.

Do you know what rules were used to create the PC? A pixie is a very powerful 1st-level character, ven though obviously the paladin class is suboptimal.

Basic rules, power and balance do not concern us. :D

Maybe it will get changed to something like Savage Species. Ideas and basic characters were done last night, but nothing is finalized yet.

I'll mention that to her. She doesn't have that book and don't know if she'll be able to see a copy before we game next though.
