Alignment Change cuts off Prestige Class?

Assume a character with one level of the Shadow Adept prestige class from Player's Guide to Faerun.

The prestige class requires "Non-Good" as a pre-req. They qualifed when they entered the class.

The character later becomes a good alignment.

What specifically happens with the prestige class? I assume BAB, skills, and saves stay. Do spells (+1 caster level)? Do feats granted by the prestige class become inoperable?

Precisely. If you no longer qualify for the prestige class, you lose all benefits of it(excepting hit dice, bab, skills, and saves. spells, abilities, etc no longer are available)
