I would be very surprised if they didn't have a break of at least 30 minutes between each showing, for people to use the washrooms and get food. Theatres make too much money on the concession stands to not do so.Henry said:You do realize that's TEN hours of movie watching, right?I love the movie trilogy, but there is no way I would be able to sit through THAT much, with no activity, no breaking away from the movie, whatsoever.

I've noticed that a lot of places upstate are showing it. I am quite pleasantly surprised. I'm actually more surprised more places around NYC aren't showing it... only two theaters downstate (Williamsville is a suburb of Buffalo).Welverin said:It's the state capital, why shouldn't it be included? Besides they probably knew I'd be pissed if they didn't show it near me. Plus have you
been around since the put that theater in the mall? Real spiffy.
You do realize that the extended versions of FotR and TTT will be showing in theaters about two weeks before the marathon? So you could take your wife to see them at the theater, see them on the big screen (which no one has been able to do yet), refresh her memory and then be all set for RotK.EricNoah said:Hey, it'll be in Madison! But I don't think I want that much LOTR in one day.I'll be getting my wife prepped to see it over the weeks leading up to it by showing FotR and TT again at my house so the plot is fresh in her mind.
