Naturally, anyone with that power should also have a decent constitution to have enough HP to be able to pay the price.

Or just combine it with vigor/Hostile Empathic Transfer.

The Egoist in my group will be going the Vigor route. Each pp put into vigor will almost cover an average d10.

I've talked about it a bit with the players and we'll still have magic in the world, but it will remain a mysterious and rare thing. Old items may be found that still have magic in them, but the party will hav to at least leave their current area to find any actual practictioners.
