-All Seeing Eyes- (Paladin Spell)

Here's a little something from my book, Unorthodox Paladins, coming out this friday:

All Seeing Eyes
Divination
Level: Paladin 2
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: Paladin
Duration: 10 rounds (+1 round per level)
Saving Throw: No
Spell Resistance: No
The All Seeing Eyes spell allows the paladin to literally have eyes in the back of his head for the duration of the spell. The paladin gains Darkvision for the normal radius of his vision and he can see a full 360 degrees around him. For the duration of the spell he cannot be surprised nor can opponents take advantage of attacks of opportunity. All attacks against the paladin, regardless of direction, are made against him at his full Armor Class. Additionally, the paladin gains one additional attack of opportunity against any opponents in the radius of his weapon that are not facing him during combat.

ok, you need to specify the range of a creature's (dark)vision, because everyones' vision is limited by their light source.

also, what's the radius of a paladin's weapon . . . do you instead mean the squares he threatens?
