ALL THE BRICKS - OOC

Come to think of it, she'd also be able to see through anything with a camera that her runners were sharing with her. So she'd be able to see through Lum and Faust's smartgun cameras, etc.

Cool, thanks. It doesn't change my actions, cuz I still need to secure the host before I help...but don't worry TOO much, guys. I have a plan to help you.

For your summoner/compiler types, I'll only describe your spirits and sprites if you don't - so go nuts!

Remember, Mosier, that your spirit is delaying its action until after your turn, when it will immediately use its turn to manifest (a complex action) and begin moving. This means that, as long as you order it to attack, and as long as it has a higher initiative than you (likely, as it has astral initiative at the moment), you can feel free to add a description of its turn to yours.

Hey, weird thought occurred to me.

Is Death Otter marked by the Patrol IC? Or by the host? If the Patrol IC crashes, does it lose the mark on her? Cuz I could have FUTBOL pick on it while we wait for the spider to show.

A Host and all its IC share marks. So that means that the Host and the Patrol IC each have 1 mark on Death Otter right now. New IC that are spawned in will each have that mark on her automatically.

And you have too many actions in your turn. It's a simple action to give the order to the crack sprite. Then it's another simple action to call FUTBOL in from the Resonance. Then it's another simple action to give it an order. So you'll have to wait until your next pass to give FUTBOL a command. Sorry!

I thought I could issue a command as part of the action to summon it?

Edit - Ah, I see the source of my confusion:

It's a simple action to call a registered sprite as well as to give it a command (pg 250).

I thought by that you meant it was a simple action to call and issue a command (at the same time basically). What you meant, in hindsight, is that each action...calling it and issuing it a command...is a simple action.

lol, my bad. Will adjust post.

Does the host/patrol IC gain marks on my sprites too?

And also, I didn't answer the question you asked in the IC thread: Sprites have their own personas. This means that the Host needs to mark them separately - so yup, the crack sprite can run silent. It also means that the sprites need to do their own marking on objects in the Matrix.

Gotcha! Running silent is good...though I think it best if FUTBOL wasn't, since part of his job is to attract attention from little old me. :)
