[MENTION=6763059]Rubberneck[/MENTION], dropping your previous guns is a free action. Readying the grenade launcher is a simple action. Popping out a frag grenade (removing a clip) is another simple action. That's all the actions you have. Loading a new grenade (inserting a clip) would be another simple action.

Given how things are shaking out I would really recommend attacking in some way.
