Shade: The Grisgol is not a golem. :p

Frostburn has the Ice Golem, and I think there might be a golem in Lords of Madness/Codex Anathema.

Semantics. If it's a construct with immunity to magic, it's a golem to me. ;)

Heck, its description even name-drops the "g" word:

"A grisgol is tenacious and relentless, following its creator's instructions explicitly without regard to strategy. Therefore, a grisgol's spell usage is scripted ahead of time by its creator, unless its creator is within 60 feet of the golem and is able to issue commands."

Now granted, its the MM3, so its probably but one of the 10,000 typos.

Yep. Lords of Anathema has the shaboath, an aboleth golem. It's also got the elder eidolon template, which turns other creatures into a form of golem.

A few more:

Black Ice Golem (Dragon #324)
Cadaver Golem (Heroes of Horror)
Coral Golem (Stormwrack)
Gear Golem (Dungeon #126; this already listed above, but this is its first appearance in a D&D specific source)
Grave Dirt Golem (Libris Mortis)
Incarnum Golem (Magic of Incarnum)
Relief Golem (Dragon #334)
Tombstone Golem (Libris Mortis)
Training Golem (Dungeon #117)

And the Soulfused Contruct template from Magic of Incarnum is probably also worth mentioning.
