One thing to consider when making more combat paths or extra versions of classes to fit various character concepts is where does this leave the generalist? If you make variants of the base classes that include every combination of feats that could be desired, then the fighter becomes more and more worthless.
I don't see a need for a Crossbowman style (crossbows are hardly hunting weapons, they're usually for war, and that's the realm of the fighter).
I can see the Two-Weapon (out of tradition), Archery (hunter), Mounted (tuareg, desert oriented), Beast Wrestler (great idea!) and perhaps Spear-Wielder (another hunting weapon).
