Looks good.. I'll probably alter it just a hair so it can be used by full-blooded dragons just as well as it is used by half-dragons.

With full blooded dragons it opens them up to interesting possibilities. Instead of doing one breathe weapon at full dice every 1d4+1 rounds, they could have that many dice to divide up in many breathe weapons in that much time. It can get a little confusing and hard to keep track of. Ultimately that was why I decided to not use it for them. Although having a dragon breathe 2 rounds in a row should be fun to spring on any PC group that thinks they know how dragons work. :D

Another idea, that may lower the ecl is to have tyhe damage dice of the breathe weapon equal 1/2 of the character level. THat way it would scale with power. For the more powerful breathe weapons you can add an extra die or three. This way you can just have the breathe weapon die (d4,d6,d8, etc) used to show who has the more powerful one.
I totally agree with the every other level scaling other wise it gets kind of out of hand.

Crothian: I haven't actually written anything for it yet. I tend to think about things first before I write them down.

EOL: Here is what I put in the template:

Red, Gold & Topaz Half-Dragons do 1 die of damage per level (or hit dice) with a save DC of 10 + ½ HD + Con modifier. Force Half-Dragons do 4 dice + Level (or Hit Dice) in damage. Force & Prismatic Half-Dragon's breath weapons have a save DC of 20 + ½ HD + Con modifier. All other types do 1 die of damage, and Shadow Half Dragons drain 1 level, per every 2 levels (or hit dice) with a save DC of 10 + ½ HD + Con modifier

That makes sense. The wording on sucha feat will be odd since the breate weapon of dragons is varied to every few rounds.

So I fairly well stuck right now.

Well, what if using the feat makes it so the full breathe weapon cannot be used for a full 5 rounds? Then in those five rounds he gets his total dice (or maybe a little more but can never use more thien his normal max) to divvy up in those five rounds.
