Alternate Daemonforge

First Post
As one of the original board members of Daemonforge I thought it would be pretty exciting, and it was. Eventually, though, I think that the original focus of the world was lost on the shuffle, eventually losing steam to the point where it almost stopped. Wanting to use the setting, though, I've decided to change some things and leave some the way they are. Therefore, I'll post my version of Daemonforge here, and hope to get some feedback before I actually start the campaign in it...

As one of the chief contributors to the world (I do most of the rules editing), I'd like to know what displeases you; we might be able to get DF "back on track," and please everyone. You might also want to post on the actual DF forum too, so everyone can hear your concerns.

Actually RangerWicket I have no desire to contribute or be involved in Daemonforge right now. I much prefer my own version of it. Not trying to be rude, but I've got the world I want, and no matter what happens on the DF project, it's not going to change.

Note:

I'm using a couple different systems for this world (Deadlands coupe-de-grace rules, different magic system, ect.) . If some of the things seem a bit deadly, that's my intention. I've made my version to be as grim and gritty as I can. Humanity's struggle against the demons is supposed to have the feeling of an epic struggle, but have a touch of hopelessness to it. Even when a hero is rising in the ranks of the world, I want them to have a feeling of vuneriblity that isn't there in normal D&D.

Also I have redone some of races and classes (not too much with the classes). Some of it may be out of balance compared to normal D&D, but balance isn't much of a worry to me as the game is going to be equally deadly to all PC's.

So pull up a chair, sit back, and read on. This is my Daemonforge...
