OK, this is one time a search function would be handy, as would me not being sleepy and having my math skill at 100%, but has anyone ever figured out the pricing formulas used for metamagic rods?
I can see that there seems to be a base price for each two of +1 rod and a different price for +1 rods when the feats also have another MM feat as a prerequisite (that's the only pattern I can find that explains why some +1s cost more than others). Also, it seems that +0 level metamagic rods are 1/2 the cost of +1 metamagic rods, which leads me to believe that the formula uses the same multiplying that scrolls, potions, and wands do. But, I don't see a pattern for the different types.
