Let the rogue have perform as a skill. It fits with a charisma based rogue; someone with lots of gather information, probably some pick pocket, and various other skills to distract or bamboozle an opponent.

It also lets you have an entertainer-type character who doesn't have magical ability.

I have always just picked another feat when I ran out of special abilities that I liked.

The performing rogue is a clasic. Make everyone think he is a minstrel, and get all thier money to boot.
