Alternative uses of skills

A lot of d20 books released provide alternative uses for the standard array of skills. How do you handle this steadily increasing ammount of variant skill uses? I myself as DM have recently been asked by three of my players which skills uses I allow and disallow.

Does anyone know of a good source or have a list handy where they are all presented or at least have pagenumbers and the name of the book where they can be found?
This would at least allow me to quickly find the relevant book or page where the guidelines are presented. Otherwise I'll just begin making one myself. :p

On second thought, would releasing a list with all alternative uses presented as one document pose an infringement on the OGL?

Well, if they are OGL, which they should be since they are derived from the SRD, then there is no problem with it.

Although here is how I handle it.

I set up a list of approved books (which consistently grows during the game) then I must individually aprove anything from any other source. The player must provide me with a photocopy of the page(s) containing the item they would like to use and I review it and give them a rulling the following week.

Non OGC Products used:
Defenders of the Faith - WOTC
Masters of the Wild - WOTC
Oriental Adventures - WOTC
Song and Silence - WOTC
Sword & Fist - WOTC

SSS has a special agreement with WotC so I'm not sure if these are OGL products or not:
Ravenloft Campaign Setting - Sword & Sorcery Studios
Relics & Rituals - Sword & Sorcery Studios

Thanks it's exactly what I was looking for :D,
Now I can begin making a document in which I can find and sort them all without having to reference every book/magazine seperately.

That is a handy reference guide I use as well. As far as skill use I allow lots of different non book things. As long as it is reasonable I allow it. I have several players that have different knowledge skills that might know something but say Arcana is more likely than Planes to know I just set different DC's dependent on the skill.

My players use almost all their skills> I like skills.
