I take back what I said about them, sorry. People here have made some good points. I should not blame them for the slowness of the postal service.
Then perhaps you should edit the thread name, so that people who don't necessarily read the thread won't get the wrong idea. Perhaps also put an addendum on your original post explaining the happy outcome. Seems only fair.
