Amazon delays again (aka "No PHB2 for Russ")

Amazon, like every other UK retailer, is serviced by Esdevium Games, who distribute D&D in the UK. You can direct your gripes at us.

I'm curious as to why Esdevium have a monopoly on UK distribution (probably because no one else is interested in the market I guess?), wouldn't it make more sense for Amazon.co.uk to get their supplies direct from WotC, or a US distributor since they deal in large numbers.
