D&D 5E (2014) Amazon US book sales rank.

It's been a while since I've run into this thread.

It looks like the PHB recently topped out at 83, which this calculator estimates these numbers:

However, last year's average of 76 gives us this number:

Sorry if that came off wrong. Someday someone will look at this archive and appreciate you keeping it up to date. If you hadn't I would have never expected these kind of sales at this point in the life cycle. I mean, it's not Taylor Swift's book sales but then again I doubt her book will even be ranking in 9 years. Definitely something most TTRPG companies would be ecstatic about.

You mean D&D beyond? It’s been sold through VTTs for a while now.

Which makes these numbers all the more amazing…but you can only stay at the summit for so long.

The truly funny thing is that sitting at 240 is seen as a bad thing. A D&D book hitting that kind of number at all was pretty much unheard of at one time. The idea that this is the low level of sales is still mind bogglingly good.
