[AMBIENT] Everyone Else review 5/5

Everyone!

I'm impressed with the scope of Everyone Else, but a bit disappointed at the stats. I did a little review of it here:

Everyone Else Review on d20 Magazine Rack

You'll have to scroll past the review of Great Aspeigh: A Detailed Hamlet to see it. Forgive the Wizard of Oz references (and the typo), I've been doing way to much reading on Kansas lately, and a bit bleary-eyed from analyzing stat blocks.

Cheers!

:D

Good eye on the stat-blocks!

I know that it isn't your job to help us fix our mistakes but if it is convenient, we would love to see your notes on the skill rank errors so we can work it into the errata sheet ASAP.

If it isn't convenient, not a problem.

Cheers.

No problem, just delays...

I know that it isn't your job to help us fix our mistakes but if it is convenient...
Actually, I was thinking that I could help you guys out with my notes; they aren't doing any good just lying around here. I didn't want to seem arrogant by suggesting it though. The only problem is I have to type them up for you, which I can do, it may just take a few days, to a week, considering my schedule of other work (including my "real job"). Do you mind if I make some suggestions while I'm at it?

Besides, this will give you an opportunity to see where I made errors. I welcome correction myself.

I'd love to see an Everyone Else v2, will you be doing that? Or will there just be errata? I seem to remember reading somewhere that the NPCs in the book were designed using a database--is that true?

Feel free to email me BTW.

Thanks.

Why would anyone want to read up on *Kansas*? Really!
Because I'm paid to? ;) Kansas is virtually the state for the Wild West; a lot of what you hear about happened in Kansas. Of course, a gnome with expertise on Evernor might not be expected to know that, Frilf. :p

Thanks for the help. I'll email you.

I'm not sure what approach Ambient is going to take with the errata. Whenever it is decided, I'm sure you'll hear it here first.

Cheers.

Lucky me!

Slow business at one job allowed me time today, so I got that punch list typed for you. I'll email it to you in response to your mail.

Glad to help.

Here's my RPGnet review:

Not to be ungrateful or anything like that... but when people post reviews, they really should provide links to both the vendor who makes it and the store that sells it. The review was nice, but no where did it tell a customer where they can buy the thing. Common mistake- hope more reviewers pay attention to it in the future.

Khur,

Well, for matters wild west, I can see why you'd read up on Kansas (Dodge City and more!). Been to Dodge myself a couple of times. Boot Hill is not what you'd expect!

Frilf

PS And I *am* very familiar with Evernor. Perhaps the world's leading expert ;)
