That's right. And in the description of AMF, it states otherwise.

"The effects of instantaneous conjurations are not affected by an antimagic field because the conjuration itself is no longer in effect, only its result."

Acid Splash is an instantaneous conjuration. Its effect is "one missile of acid".

The effect (one missile of acid) of Acid Splash (an instantaneous conjuration) is not affected by an antimagic field because the conjuration itself is no longer in effect, only its result.

Acid Arrow, on the other hand, is a conjuration with a non-instantaneous duration, so its effect (one arrow of acid) is affected by an antimagic field.

Note howeer that you cannot cast Acid Splash while inside and AMF, because the AMF will suppress it before it gets a chance to create the missile. You have to be outside and then throw the missile into the field.
