Well if it is the same size as DMG 1, it will get around 20 pages. But, I suspect it will have more given that it was singled out so there will probably be a focus on it.
If I remember correctly, Fallcrest was also explicitely mentioned in blurbs on the first DMG. I don't think that is a good indicator for a bigger size.
Only thing that concerns me is that this would seem to put a nail into the coffin for the 4th Ed Planescape setting like I was hoping for...you'd figure if there was gonna be one Sigil would be featured in the Planescape Campaign Guide or whatever it would be called.
On the other hand, if everyone who's got DMG2 is familiar with Sigil as a planar city and a crossroads, it might be easier to sell them a setting focusing on planar adventures using Sigil as the "home base".
