As a divine item, of course, it'd be DC 15.

I was assuming it was a Divine item, since Clerics get it at a lower level, and thus would be able to make such an item for less money. It seems, however, that the pricing formula was based upon it being an Arcane spell, however, so it appears I was mistaken.

You know, I had assumed it was clerical too. I just presented the arcane version as a devil's advocate.
