Yes, Celtic Age was the first Avalanche book I purchased, largely because I DID find the cover attractive, and on topic to boot!

If Viking Age had a comparable cover it would also be finding room on my shelf, but alas, the cheesecake recurred.

Celtic Age is very well written, but then I am biased, being only third generation American.

The Auld Grump, who likes period, on topic covers, darn it!

Looks interesting. I'll have to check it out, since Celtic setting info is sorely lacking in my collection, and it's one setting I feel has never been sufficiently addressed in D&D.

Their Noble Steeds and Noble Knights books both have kid-friendly covers too. I hadn't seen NK before my visit to the local gaming store yesterday... is it any good? I haven't seen any reviews of it yet.
