An RPG book that you use all of

I'm not sure there is a single one I'd use all of. There always seems to be an idea, creature, or something that I don't take a shineing to and refuse to use.
If by "cover to cover" you mean using the book as written, and not houseruling out whole sections, then I use Mutants & Mastermines that way. Likewise with Midnight (the core book - I pick and choose out of the supplements). Um - The 13 Kingdoms, naturally. That's about it.

I haven't even used the above completely.... I don't do wizards or well arcane magic at all so the PHB is tossed out, the DMG I've yet to DM 3.0 or 3.5 so it's many not used... MM well it's many for the DM isn't it? :D

Toughie...

I think at one time or another I've used most of the three main core books at some time or another.

Going away from D&D. I've used all of BESM 1st edition and 2nd Edition as well as the old TSR Marvel Superheroes and Mayfair games DC Heroes rpg(the best superhero rpg ever).

Besides that nope...not unless some campaign idea came from something I read subconciously.

City Guide I
City Guide II: Coffer of Coins

(these are both collections of shops and npc's that can be dropped into a campaign with minimal difficulty)
