Yes, I know the anagram was overly long, but that's half the fun. Pilus knows all of the command words to his items are anagrams, but he's got lots of items, and he had to go into hiding a long time ago. So he left himself clues to help decipher what the command words are, in case he forgot, kinda like the way some email programs work.
I'd never make a campaign hinge on a complex anagram like this, but I've put it there in case anyone in the group would like a 9th level spell scroll or a +5 brilliant energy longbow.
