Can anyone point me to any web sites with descriptions and pictures of iron and/or bronze age weapons?
Do Google searches but a lot of going to depend on which part of the world you are looking for. The weapons of the Shang Bronze Age are a bit different from those of the Egyptian Bronze Age, the Aegean Bronze Age, the British Bronze Age, etc. This might be a good place to start, though:

Or if not a website, a book would be good. And if said book is an rpg supplement, all the better
If you are willing to get books, Osprey is always a good place to start for information on weapons and armor for almost any period.

I also highly recommend Peter Connolly's books on the Ancient World (often listed as children's books, but great and accurate art), including:
Greece and Rome at War
The Ancient Greece of Odysseus
Greek Legends: The Stories, The Evidence
You can also get a lot of food for thought on Bronze Age arms and warfare by watching the Michael Wood's 1985 BBC series
In Search of the Trojan War (available on DVD -- includes an interview with Peter Connolly) that includes some discussions of weapons and armor and the speculations about Bronze Age warfare in Robert Drews'
The End of the Bronze Age.
FYI, there were also a series of documentaries on the Trojan War and the Aegean Bronze Age that accompanied the release of the movie Troy, including a two-hour documentary where they actually did tests with Bronze Age weapons on various targets to determine how much damage they could do and effective range. It included hacking on a pig carcass with a bronze sword, demonstrating why one doesn't parry with a bronze sword, why there are descriptions of people stepping on their bronze swords to straighten them in battle, and why people still relied on spears so much.
