Animal Companion Advancement - size with Bonus HD?

Hi folks,

Whilst is isn't made explicit in the entry for Druid Animal Companions, is it the case that the animal increases in size in line with its "Advancement" entry, as it gain bonus HD from the Druid?

I appreciate the ramifications as far as attributes and size modifiers go, but not having done all the maths for all animal companion options, I thought I'd see what the consensus interpretation is.

Thanks for the quick reply. Is this simply because it's not indicated that there is a size increase, or is it more that the Advancement entry is intended only for the DM to adjust monsters?

That is the result one gets reading the PHB.
